I don’t know where to start. Tricia, is not only one of the hardest working real estate agents in Maryland. She’s an advocate, an advisor and a true friend. These past 2 months has proven to have been the hardest and most complicated transaction I have ever endured. But with her by my side - I have become a first-time homeowner. Never in my wildest dreams I thought I could do this, but I definitely didn’t do it alone. Without her, I would be a renter, but now- I OWN. I came down to Baltimore from Honolulu to house hunt with her for only THREE days and she picked up and knew my dealbreakers, wants and even desires in a home. I didn’t find my house.
