She did a fabulous job from assisting them with recommendations to prep their home to get top dollar, marketing it to find the right buyer, and in the meantime, keeping me posted every step of the way. She was very patient with the seller's relocation timeline which was delayed due to Covid. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in the area to work with Tricia Cyr!

Our real estate agent Patricia Cyr was recommended to us by a friend who had used Patricia to sell their house. We decided to use Patricia Cyr and found her to be effective in bringing our 50 plus year old house that was in need of several updates to market and successful sale. Patricia helped us set a price target and closing date that was acceptable to both the buyer and seller. Patricia worked closely with us through every step of the sales process and as an experienced realtor she was able to provide recommendation when the buyer provided unanticipated or unreasonable requests. Tricia was an absolute pleasure to work with during this process. She is extremely attentive and professional. Although there were some unforeseen bumps along the way, Tricia remained positive and diligent and helped us work through some time delays that were out of our control. Her patience and positive attitude were a huge factor during the process. Tricia gave us an extensive market analysis and was able to list our house with some amazing pictures. In the end, we received several offers above asking price and Tricia assisted us in making the best decision to move forward. My wife and I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and for always being there when we needed anything or had any questions. She is a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone selling in the area.

Tricia supported us while buying a home in North Branford during the summer of 2021. The market at the time was incredibly competitive and we had very specific requirements regarding condition and location of the home, as well as budget. Tricia was amazing at helping us see the right properties and putting together an attractive offer on the first house we liked (it was accepted!).

She was also fantastic through the inspection and mortgage commitment process, always staying one step ahead and helping us communicate with the other realtors, financial institutions, and contractors.

I cannot recommend Tricia highly enough!
