Tricia is based out of the Beaver Creek and Avon Slifer House offices in Avon, CO.

Originally from Kansas City, Tricia and her boys were eager to escape the corporate lifestyle and spend more time enjoying life as a family. They moved to Vail full-time in 2005 and began a luxury rental and home care property/ rental management business, Vail Valley Getaway.

Prior to this, she owned Property Boss, LLC a long-term rental company she grew it to the largest long-term luxury rental company in the valley and sold it in 2012.

Tricia sold the management side of the business in 2019 and now simply operate as a luxury resort booking agent company. Tricia is involved in the international real estate market too and owns, The Beach Club at Caye Caulker, Popeye's hotel on Caye Caulker, Belize and continues to assist Vail Valley guest bookings via VailValleyGetaway.com. Tricia holds a master's degree in management and has award-winning sales experience ranging from Hallmark Corporate sales and marketing to Abbott Labs Pharmaceutical sales. Tricia's passion is working with her luxury real estate clientele transition from the corporate world to a surreal mountain retreat life.

She quickly became a top-producing 1.5% Real Trends award winning broker in the nation, closing over $40,000,000 annually.
