Tricia McMullan

Tricia McMullan has been a member of the Coldwell Banker Family since 1987. After graduating from the University of Southern California Tricia started her real estate career working for Equity Title Company as a Title Insurance representative in Pasadena California. This was a wonderful beginning to a long and prosperous Real estate career. Title insurance began the foundation for learning the basics in sales techniques, problem solving and the over-all most complicated and important aspects of Real estate contracts.

The financial industry including majors’ banks and mortgage institutions played an important role in the sales of Title Insurance which eventually led to a Career in Real Estate Mortgage Sales for the premier Banking institution known as Security Pacific now known as Bank of America. These two related industries became a natural for Real-Estate Sales, the perfect combination of financial and Title Insurance backgrounds gives Tricia the ability to service her clients most effectively.
