A longtime Goochland resident and Richmond native, Tricia has been active in the Richmond real estate world for most of her professional life. She is well versed in many aspects of real estate, including residential real estate sales, rental housing market, as well as extensive experience in new construction. In addition to real estate, Tricia has worked as a Home Consultant, designing and managing renovation projects with specific emphasis on kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
