After living in Clinton Hill, Bedford Stuyvesant, and DUMBO for over a decade, Tricia now resides in Flatbush with her fiancé, Jeffrey St. Arromand. Her evolution from high-rise Downtown living to pre-war renovation and design is a proof-of-concept example to her audience of going from the condo/apartment lifestyle to income-producing property ownership.
Tricia is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Brooklyn Museum, and Brooklyn Academy of Music, and she sits on the Board of Advisors for Clinton Hill's V-ELMS. She is an avid traveler, and she loves cooking, reviewing beauty products, and renovating properties in her spare time. She attends church in Downtown Brooklyn.
