Trinkie Watson

Trinkie Watson has been a Lake Tahoe Realtor for over 30 years. Previous owner of the Chase International Tahoe City office, she is a Broker in California and Nevada. Born and raised in San Francisco, Trinkie graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, after attending Mills College and the University of Wisconsin. Her continuing education in the real estate field has earned her the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist designation as well as Certified Residential Brokerage Manager, Certified Residential Specialist, Leader Graduate Training (Women's Council) and Graduate Realtors Institute. Trinkie's Real Estate career has taken her into leadership roles as President of the Incline Village Board of Realtors and President of the Tahoe Sierra Multiple Listing Service, and she was awarded Incline Village's Realtor of the Year in 1996. Her community service includes a two-year stint as President of the Lake Tahoe Music Festival. Luxury real estate is Trinkie's specialty and includes listing and selling lakefront estates, ranches and other high-profile properties in and out of the Lake Tahoe area. She is a member of FIABCI, Leading ESTATES of the World, and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate. Her goal is to provide her clientele, including celebrities and CEOs of prominent companies, with exactly what they want and more than they expect.
