I don’t even know where to begin, I have too many good things to say! Finding and buying a house in this crazy market was not an easy task, but Trish made it look simple. She moved quickly to keep up with how fast houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain our dream home, working hard to make sure everything was as smooth as possible. Trish is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

Trish made the entire house buying process a breeze! She knew exactly what we wanted, and helped us find it in no time! Any house we wanted to tour, she scheduled it immediately! And she was always sending us houses she thought fit our wants and needs! Once we found our dream house, she handled everything seamlessly! Trish was very easy to work with and incredibly helpful. I was moving into Georgia from Wyoming and was only here for a week to buy a house. She managed to help find me the perfect home and her helpfulness didn’t stop there! We navigated closing from another state, and she helped me set up several contractors for some things that needed added (a fence, deck stairs and paint). Trish handled all of the hard work before I got back into the state and I would recommend her a thousand times over.

Out of everything I can think to say... nothing seems to fit besides we REALLY could not of done it without Trish! We used her to sell our house, buy a house, coordinated everything on the same day for closing and it happened with no issues. This was out first time selling a house which is stressful enough, then on top of living in it at the same time while buying a house it got crazy! She was there for anything we needed, any question, issues... you name it and she made it happen. It also became very apparent how good she was as we continued to see everyone looking at our house for sale and having questions to their realtor and not having the answers / prepared and the lack of knowledge.
With the help of Trish, we were able to buy our house and I have no doubt with out her being on top of all the paperwork / negotiating and everything that goes on behind the scenes it would of not happened.
If your looking for someone to help you with selling or buying, you have found her!

If you want someone you can fully trust and someone who will go ABOVE AND BEYOND! tris if your person! She was so helpful since day one, my husband is in a wheelchair so we were hopeless to find the perfect place until Trish came around, she always made sure we were positive about it. her work system is like NO OTHER, words cant even explain how good and caring she is, amazing person to work with and always makes sure we get what we are looking for. she is AMAZING! you wont fine anybody as caring and hard worker as she is! we found our home in weeks not even months and she made sure everything was taken care of.

I wish there was a way for me to give Trish 6 stars. Wait there is: Trish Greer Realty: 6 Stars. Trish has been the buyers agent and sellers agent in my extended family for many years. She has helped all of us buy and sell many homes and each time she comes through for all of us. You can pick anyone to list your home, but Trish knows the market, understands how to stage without a tremendous amount of work, and negotiate a great deal for you. She worked very hard during our last home sale to help us meet the buyers demands keeping them interested when they could have legitimately exited the deal. Don't make a short sighted mistake and pick another realtor for any reason. You will be giving her 6 stars like I did when your deal closes.
