Trish has lived in the Virginia Beach area for over 35 years and is deeply knowledgeable with the entire Hampton Roads area, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake, but specializing in the Virginia Beach area. As a rental investment owner, she can guide you through the possibilities of owning your own rental investment property, second home or permanent residence for homes or condos. She has been a SANDBRIDGE homeowner since 2003.

Trish has been a Gold Circle of Excellence winner, Silver Circle of Excellence Winner, Bronze Circle of Excellence Winner, and has achieved the GRI certification in Real Estate.

She has over 30 years of sales, marketing and promotional experience and previously founded and owned a local travel agency in the Hilltop area from 1994-1998.
