Trish Weaver

Following graduation from North Carolina State University, Trish represented a Regional Developer in 6 states working with sales, construction, closings, and customer service. She received a SC Real Estate Sales License in 1982 and a SC Brokers License in 1986. With additional experience in property management, rentals, and advertising, Trish offers a vast knowledge to both Buyers and Sellers. She listens and remembers your dreams and goals and can anticipate your needs.

Trish and her husband, Doug, have been "Islanders" since the first stoplight on Hilton Head Island, more than 40 years. Doug's golf career as a PGA Tour Player and later teaching as a PGA Professional allowed a choice of many beautiful places to live, but both Trish and Doug agree that there is no place they would rather call home than Hilton Head Island. Trish is very knowledgeable of all Lowcountry communities including Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and areas out to Interstate 95.

Trish has Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification, is a USC-certified Island Ambassador, has chaired the Hilton Head Association of Realtors’ Community Outreach Committee, and is a multi-year recipient of the Realtors Service Award.
