It’s rare for me to leave a review but this one had to be written. I have owned a rental property in historic, downtown Orlando for over 20 years and recently decided to sell during the strong housing market. I now live in South Florida so I needed to go with a realtor in a remote setting which, in itself, can be challenging. After being referred to Trisha and having her follow up with me multiple times (I’m a busy executive), I just had a gut feeling that she was the right agent to sell my historic home. Even before we negotiated terms for the listing agreement, Trisha sprang Into action; getting landscaping quotes, arranging staging, meeting with renters to negotiate move-out, getting the property photographed and on and on. She was just amazing to work with. Always answering my calls, never missing an opportunity to make me feel like she was focused 100% on me. I had started the process a few months earlier with agents from another firm (old acquaintances) and they didn’t hold a candle to Trisha. In fact, they priced my home at nearly 100K below what Trisha got for the property! Ouch! They then sent me an email asking what my marketing plan was? What…I thought? Isn’t that your job? I was not impressed and was aggravated, so I looked elsewhere. That’s when I found Trisha. If you want to work with someone who will take the responsibility of selling or buying a home with the seriousness it deserves, then I highly recommend Trisha. My home closed three days ago for a price that was well over my expectation and the process was fast and amazing. Knowing that this was my first home and that I had sentimental attachment to it, Trisha made one final walkthrough video for me to remember it by after the closing. That says everything you need to know about her kindness and care for her clients. I wish her the best of luck In her real estate career, but have to say, if she keeps performing like she did for me, she won’t need it. Thank you Trisha for everything you did to make my first home sale a smashing success.

Trisha is one of those realtors that you will never forget----because you can't. Buying or selling real estate is not as easy as one might think. Tricia's main focus was doing what's best for me as her client and not just trying to get to a closing table so as to collect a commission. She did not care how many hoops she had to jump through in order to get the best result. Need I say more? If you are in need of a realtor as a buyer or seller, then hire Trisha and you will say the the rest. Are there better realtors out there? I am sure there is, but go find one.
