Trisha went above and beyond to swiftly source and help sign on a property that 100% matched my very specific requirements on a tight timeline ( sq ft, beds/baths, yard/fence, location, terms, dates, etc.) She demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness when finding my home, as she sourced by her premarket and she made the correct moves to make sure I had an opportunity to sign immediately. She was readily available and prepared for a quick turnaround.
