Ventura native in love with everything Ventura County has to offer! Trista’s passion for real estate started at the age of 15 with her first full time job at a local real estate brokerage in Thousand Oaks. Moving back to her hometown of Ventura at 17, She found herself working at Lawyer's Title, becoming a well-rounded professional with knowledge of several different fields of real estate, and how each plays a part in the successful closing of a transaction. After several years of being a stay-at-home mom to her 4 kids, and obtaining an associate's degree from Ventura College, she decided to get back to her roots, and she jumped back into the world of real estate in an administrative position in 2011. Working with top producing teams over the years, she learned the ins and outs of the business, but most importantly how to be a REALTOR you would refer to your closest family, friends, and colleagues! She learned the importance of service and value, hard work, and how to make each transaction run as seamless as possible by preparing and educating her clients. She was able to develop strong negotiating skills, and learned how to tailor her services to each client's unique needs.
