Troy Alsaker

Troy Alsaker is an extraordinary marketer and innovator with over 20 years of sales and managing experience. He is very aggressive in his sales approach, yet truly cares about helping people. Troy studied Business Management at San Diego Mesa College and received his real estate certification from the California School of Real Estate. Troy's interests include spending time with his wife Brittany, son Tristan, and twin daughters Brooklyn Lee and Bailey Ann. Troy enjoys surfing, and if there's a swell and he's not working (which isn't often), you know where to find him: closing deals on a surfboard! When the surf is down, (which is often in Pensacola), he enjoys cooking and fishing, and can play the drums, guitar, bass, and sing.

He is a relocation specialist and specifically enjoys working with our nation's great military in obtaining their homeowning dreams. Troy utilizes his knowledge of the local market to accurately assess the fair market value of sellers' homes, which leads to much less time spent on the market and much less money left on the table. Troy has also entered into the commercial real estate arena and is able to assist business owners with finding and leasing the perfect location to run their business. Troy has sold over $50 million in sales since 2014.
