I started in real estate in 2006, after 3 years in lending, and another 20 years in corporate finance. I love the fact that every day brings on new challenges, and that I can help others achieve their goals.
I recently received the Best of Chandler award for the second time in 2020, in the category Real Estate Agency. I have also received the Top 30 Arizona Real Estate Blog award in 2021, the Best of Chandler Real Estate Agent award for from HomeGuide for the second time in 2022, the Best Real Estate Agent in Chandler from Expertise.com in 2022, and the 7-Star Award from Broker Agent Advisor for the seventh straight year. These awards are something that I am very proud of because it recognizes excellence in client satisfaction, knowledge, and overall marketing success based on quality of service to my clients.
I recently made the move to HomeSmart because they are so good with communication and technology, and they are the number one brokerage in Phoenix and the Valley of the Sun.
My entire family is very involved in our local community. I was the VP of my son's high school football booster club, and my wife was the Secretary of our son's high school soccer booster club. In addition, our entire family volunteers at Feed My Starving Children, and my wife and I have volunteered with the Special Olympics in the past. We both give blood regularly to the Red Cross, and both have served as volunteers on non-profit community boards in recent years. In addition, I have been a local volunteer youth sports coach in the community for over 20 years. I feel as though it is a responsibility to give back in as many ways as possible.
I received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR.
I serve the local areas of Chandler, the Ahwatukee Foothills, Tempe, and Gilbert. These are the areas and communities where I work, live, and play. I have lived in the East Valley for over 25 years now and have been helping clients for over 14 years.
My wife has had a successful career at Intel since 2007, and both of our children are grown. Our daughter also works at Intel and is married and has given us an incredible granddaughter who recently turned two. Our son graduated with an engineering degree after playing D-1 football and is now an engineer at Intel. He is engaged and they recently purchased their first home.
