After a rather long period of my childhood home floundering in an uneasy selling market, I called upon Troy and Johanna. This was prompted and referred to me by my General Contractor who is Johanna's brother. His work was magnificent on my own home and his professional ethic was superb. I needed a team with the same attitude and energy. Troy and Johanna take a working class attitude into each selling prospect and seller using modern means to make the sale; old fashioned reliability and a desire to win. They quickly developed a personal and professional relationship with me and the home was sold in less than a month. Troy and Johanna are also Contractors and bring that knowledge to the table. We enjoyed working with Troy and Johanna on the purchase of our home. They were both very helpful and always pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. Our home was a short sale and turned out to be a very long waiting period before we actually got our contract approved. Troy and Johanna worked with us the entire time to make sure we had our bid in correctly and all the paperwork was done. Troy stayed on top of the bank and escalated when they were taking too long to approve. I appreciate this personal touch. Both Troy and Johanna are great to work with, I would highly recommend them!!
