About Troy

Troy Guy is the Broker of Record for Keller Williams Realty Tulare County. He has been actively selling real estate for over 25 years and guiding other agents within Keller Williams through their transactions for over 12 years. Originally from California’s SF Bay Area, Troy received his bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management from California State University, Chico and promptly moved to Tulare, California with his beautiful wife Sandy.

Troy has raised his family and been involved in church, youth sports and community events throughout the central valley since arriving in 1991. Troy has helped hundreds of clients in over 1,000 transactions. He has sold everything from agricultural land, ranches, single family homes, and commercial properties to multi-unit residential buildings and condominiums. He has used his experience to mentor and demonstrate success to many of the agents in Tulare County. He teaches agents at Keller Williams and has assembled a team of professionals to be highly effective in marketing and selling real estate.
