I turned my lifelong passion for real estate into a career in 1991 after my time in the service. I started INx an interior exterior fix & flip company. As an International Code Council certified licensed contractor, I am authorized to obtain a construction license nation wide. Having bought and sold many homes over the past 25 years, I have stood in the seller & buyers shoes countless times, and I realized that as a real estate agent I could provide a very valuable service that many agents can't: Decades of custom design and construction work allow me to accurately inform my clients as to changes they might like to see, move walls, additions and the like as well as a how much it might cost. I'll be able to happily and knowledgeably share my years of experience with buyers & sellers hopefully making for the there best experience in real estate.
