Troy is a great, knowledgeable realtor. He made the selling of our home painless. He showed us what we needed to do to get top dollar and had a professional photographer come to the house to take pictures for the listing. Troy was involved the whole time with every little detail it takes to sell a home. My wife and I were selling our Florida home from Illinois and Troy was able to take care of everything, so that we didn’t have to fly back and forth from St Louis to Orlando. He was even able to get us more money for the home than what we were expecting. I would recommend Troy every time when needing to sell a home or if you are looking to buy another home.
