Troy did an amazing job. We moved from GA to CO. We came out to look at houses and by the time we were ready to buy a house we had to do the showings remotely because everything we had looked at had sold. We got on a video chat with Troy and looked at the houses. We bought our house without ever seeing it in person. We are very happy. He was always very responsive and helped us understand the local housing market compared to what we were used to in GA. I would Definity recommend Troy, especially if you are moving from out of state and need to do things remotely.

Troy is probably the best realtor in Colorado. He was extremely easy to work with, he always made himself available, and he gave us good, honest advice during our home search.

He knows the Colorado market like the back of his hand, and he consistently gave us helpful feedback to refine our search and narrow down the neighborhoods we wanted to live in.

Troy was always available, and he never pushed us to look at more expensive houses. Actually, on more than one occasion he proactively suggested less expensive options when he thought the house met our needs.

And the best part about working with troy...He is a super down to earth and cool guy. Very easy to work with and very generous with his time.

I would recommend Troy Strom to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house in Colorado. I doubt you will find a better realtor anywhere!
