Troy did an amazing job. We moved from GA to CO. We came out to look at houses and by the time we were ready to buy a house we had to do the showings remotely because everything we had looked at had sold. We got on a video chat with Troy and looked at the houses. We bought our house without ever seeing it in person. We are very happy. He was always very responsive and helped us understand the local housing market compared to what we were used to in GA. I would Definity recommend Troy, especially if you are moving from out of state and need to do things remotely.

Troy was an excellent realtor to work with! He went above and beyond every step of the way, from far-flung property showings to tough negotiations on our behalf right up until closing.
