About Tu

Tu started in the real estate industry in 2002 as a part time agent while proudly serving in the San Diego Police Department. While working full time as a police officer, Tu earned his B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from National University. He now works in investigations and is transitioning over to the real estate business full time, while he prepares for his retirement from the San Diego Police Department after over thirty years.

Tu prides himself on his advocacy for and negotiation on behalf of his clients. His background has given him a high degree of integrity and a strong work ethic. Tu is devoted to serving his clients not only during transactions, but beyond. In fact, many of Tu’s clients are now his friends because of the relationships he has cultivated over the years. Aside from English, Tu also speaks Vietnamese.

In his free time, which Tu does not have much of, he enjoys biking, jogging or working out, and playing his guitar. Tu is happily married to his wife, “TT,” and they have two children together, Keirsney and Dylan. Tu also has an older son, Tyran, who currently attends college at the University of Arizona.
