She understood the needs and necessities for my family and she gave it her all in finding the perfect place that is the most suitable for us. My whole family absolutely loves the new apartment and we love Tukeitha Sylvers.
I am lost of words for for her outstanding services and how she handled my family needs. She have looked for the apartment for my family as if she was looking for an apartment for her own family.
I would highly recommend to choose Tukeitha, as she is the best realtor agent of New Jersey. I would definitely choose her again if I ever need to look for an apartment again. SHE IS AWESOME!!!!

I met Ms. Tukeitha "T" Sylvers by chance and after asking a few simple questions she took over my concerns and what I was in search of and quickly found a solution. She really listens to the fine details and understands what the client is looking for. EVEN questions you don't even think that are pertinent to the process she will get answers for. T Is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am keeping her in my back pocket for all future rentals or buying. I am beyond happy with my rental. I occasionally sit down in awe bc what I wanted versus what I got is so much more than I could have dreamed off. Thank you again T!

Tukeitha is like a breath of fresh air! She's very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I hit so many bumps in the road before closing on my property and she was nothing but helpful throughout all of it. She takes you house shopping and she's looking around pointing things out to you as if she's shopping for herself. She's definitely not one of those realtors that just wants a sale. I'm definitely looking forward to working with her again in the future and I've already began referring her to friends and colleagues.

Tukeitha helped me close on my first home deal! She is very responsive (nothing was ever pending with her for more than a few hours), professional, helpful, and encouraging. Overall, she walked me through the whole process and that was very helpful as a first time homebuyer. There were two properties that I wanted. One of them was under contract and the other was outbidded by another buyer. Tukeitha helped me submit both offers with competitive conditions without raising the budget and both the properties came back around. Ended up closing on the first one. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy property as she was great to work with!
