I can share my personal experience about Tunisia from a mortgage broker's perspective from having worked with her on multiple transactions over a period of years. Without exception she has been an invaluable asset to me in maintaining high service and levels for my clients by providing me with accurate documentation up front, timely updates about required home inspections and clear communication about seller and buyer expectations throughout the mortgage origination process. Her people skills are second to none, allowing her to function as an effective liaison with the other parties to the transaction by providing updates at relevant intervals so everyone stayed on the same page and expectations didn't outpace reality. Purchase transactions aren't always linear affairs- there are moving parts (like title, inspections, appraisal, Hurricanes, etc.) that nobody can control, so of course rare complications can arise. In that instance you'll want a highly experienced agent who is cool under pressure, and that describes Tunisia perfectly- she does NOT rattle. Importantly she is extremely accessible, and rarely have I called her that she hasn't picked up her phone on the first couple of rings (!). This is a seasoned real estate professional, who I have found to be as knowledgeable as she is thorough. Needless to say I would recommend Tunisia without reservation to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home.

Working with Tunisia was the easiest part of selling our home. Her research from the beginning allowed us to list our house at a higher price than we imagined. We had lived in our home for over 20 years and she understood the emotional impact of this transaction as well as the business negotiations necessary to sell our house in a matter of days. She was available and attentive to our needs during covid, limiting the amount of people during the inspection period, assuring that everyone entering our home was following protocol. She always offered a solution, whether we used it or not was up to us! Lol The best part of working with Tunisia was her knowledge of higher end homes and her personality. She was always happy, level headed and really connected with everybody, making the process way more enjoyable. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, hard working realtor with personality plus, Tunisia Abraham is your woman!

We truly enjoyed working with Tunisia on our most recent home purchase. We moved from out of state and had one weekend to find a home. She made herself completely available and took the time to show us around the area so we could get to know the neighborhoods. She was very professional and communicated with us throughout the process. She is also fun to be around which makes a stressful process much more enjoyable.
