Twana's multi-faceted skill set and deep understanding of local market conditions enable him to set his clients up for success. His negotiation capabilities and strategic approach add meaningful value to buyers and sellers alike. He is an expert in the residential real estate market and trends including 2-4 income/Multi-family properties, condominiums and single homes from inland to the coast. From those starting off with their first home, House-Hacking their first Multifamily property or adding to their investment portfolio, Twana will serve as an advisor, confidant and a main resource to ensure the client's ultimate success.

Twana has over a decade of commercial construction experience in various roles including project management. He has been involved in over $1 Billion of cumulative project value at different capacities. Twana received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University as well as an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University. Twana loves spending time with his and friends, frequenting local coffee shops, hiking, taking road trips and learning new languages.
