Twanna "T-Fay" Dewdney is a dynamic realtor who joined La Rosa Realty Prestige, LLC in July 2020. A native of Winter Haven, Twanna earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Polk State College. Twanna is one of Polk’s well-known leaders for her distinct community service. She has been recognized for her advocacy in caring for the homeless and those residents living with HIV/AIDS. For 17+ years she has served as proprietor of Salon Ashanti. She was awarded Polk State’s Distinguished Alumni in 2016 and is the first baccalaureate program graduate to be recognized with this honor. Other recognitions include Girls Inc. She Knows Where She’s Going “George Jenkins” Award, Minerva Achievement Award from Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and NAACP Business Award. Dewdney was named 2025 Banker's Cup Citizen of the Year by The Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce. She is a faithful servant at her church and she facilitates projects through prison ministry. She is the proud mother of an ICU Travel nurse, a grandmother of twin boys who recently got a new baby brother.
