Fulcrum Residential is a nationally ranked real estate sales team that has helped over 2,500 clients buy or sell more than $1.4B of real estate in the last ten years. Born out of a desire to raise the fiduciary standards, enhance client service, and deepen community impact, co-founders Ty Voyles and Tom Kavanagh launched Fulcrum in 2012.
Over the last decade-plus, Fulcrum has grown from a small, regionally noted real estate team, to one of the nation's premier real estate firms. Along the way, Fulcrum has received national recognition for its performance, regularly ranking as one of the top 10 Keller Williams teams in the country, as well as a top 100 team across all brokerages. They have earned annual designations as Five Star Professional Real Estate Agents, Zillow Premier Agents, and Trulia Top 1% Agents. In 2018, co-founder Ty Voyles was named Washingtonian's Best Agent, and every year since 2016, the team has earned a designation as a Washingtonian Top Agent team. Fulcrum has made multiple appearances in the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends "The Thousand" list, celebrating the top 1,000 real estate agents and teams in the country.
In 2020, the team established the Fulcrum Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to furthering the growth and impact made by deep-rooted organizations that focus on education, empowerment, equality, and home ownership in their communities.
