My husband and I were referred to Ty Witmer from my mother, who had used Ty's services to find the right home for her in Charlotte, North Carolina when she relocated from Tennessee. We needed the right agent to help us sell our home in a down economy and then identify the new home of our dreams within our budget. We worked with Ty for about 4 months, during which he exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Ty always took care of the details and any issues that oftentimes arise when selling and negotiating the sell and purchase of a home. Ty was my agent when I purchased a condominium for my son and his wife in Charlotte, NC in 2010. I am from NY, so I made arrangements with Ty to come to Charlotte for a few days to look at some condominiums. Based on the information I supplied to Ty, such as, location, number of rooms and price -- Ty went ahead and arranged appointments with condominiums that fit my criteria. Within two days, I was ready to buy. Now that's not the end of the story. As I said, I am from NY and although I was buying a condominium, I could not stay in Charlotte to see the process through. I had to depend on Ty to handle everything. Ty arranged for the home inspections, a lawyer and went the extra mile to take care of problems with the unit itself -- like draining the water heater so that it would not break during a cold spell. So, I only have good things to say about TY -- very professional, hard worker and someone I will be using again in the near future. Best Regards, John Hale

My husband and I worked with Ty Witmer when buying our first home, and he was very knowledgeable about the real estate realm and made sure we were comfortable with the entire process. Ty will make sure you have all of the facts regarding any home you see and he will always put keep your best interests at heart. That's very important when you are a novice to buying a home and need extra support and information. He is also flexible and does a great job working with your scheduling needs, not to mention he is friendly! Always one to keep his clients informed, he will never steer you down the wrong path. He will always make sure you know what you could be getting into whether it's good or bad! I'd recommend Ty to anyone because he's geniune, honest, and knows real estate.
