Tyler Dill

Tyler has been a licensed Realtor with Fox Realty for over 10 years. Growing up in Southwest Minneapolis, with a father who owned a HVAC business, Tyler’s passion for homes and entrepreneurship started at a young age.

During college, his passion for entrepreneurship grew when Tyler opened Parkway Pizza while attending the University of Minnesota. After expanding that business into four successful locations, Tyler sold Parkway Pizza and turned his attention to real estate.

Tyler takes pride in educating his clients about the housing market, the process of buying and selling, and all aspects of home ownership. Tyler has experience in selling condos, townhouses, single-family homes, triplexes and commercial properties. He is a hard negotiator who strives to get his clients the best deal on their dream home.

When he isn’t helping people buy and sell homes, you can often find Tyler running the beautiful lakes in Minneapolis, watching one of his sons play hockey or baseball, or dining with his wife at his favorite local spot, Colita.

After extensively remodeling his own home, Tyler found a passion for helping clients purchase, design, and build their dream home.

He lives with his wife Anna, sons JJ and Charlie, and their dog Riley. They bought their house in 2009 in Southwest Minneapolis as he and Anna grew up loving the area. They have enjoyed building their family in an area full of parks, lakes, and great people.

Tyler loves spending time with his family and friends. He has tons of energy as evidenced by being a marathoner, soccer player, biker, and triathlete, as well as remodeling his home. He also enjoys playing frisbee with his dog. He grew up loving anything that went fast and continues to have a passion for cars and auto racing.
