When speaking with Tyler Grieve there’s something just a little different, a light, a love, a visible passion, not just for real estate but for life.
It’s during these 1st moments of conversation that you will hear it. It may be an “out”, or “about”, most distinguishably when he says “house”. The accent first thought of as Minnesotan is, however, quickly recognizable as Canadian. Tyler’s humble roots of growing up in Canada are complimented by his love for the United States and the Greater Kansas City Area.
Over the past 14 years, Tyler has embraced every part of the home industry, from representing 100’s of buyers and sellers to remodeling homes, developing a modest rental portfolio, and co-managing a new home development. His experience is extensive and ever-changing. He is quick to advise that the real estate market is extremely disruptive and the key to his client’s success is knowledge and current facts measured with strong experience. Tyler is a licensed broker in both Kansas and Missouri as well as an active insured and licensed contractor in both Johnson and Jackson County.
When not focused on real estate, which is almost never, Tyler enjoys many pastimes. It is abundantly clear, however, that his first true pastime is Travel. He jokes that he works to travel and when asked, “the top 5 places you would want to travel to next?” his answer would surprise you. The first three were consistent with what most people dream of, exotic places & cultures brimming with excitement, mountainous regions, or places with the bluest seas and endless history. But it was spot number 4 and 5 that surprised me most, cruising and Disney. Tyler admits that cruising and visiting Disney with his family will always be high on the list and some of his favorite memories to date.
