Tyler is a true one of a kind realtor. He made my family and I so comfortable and confident threw out our whole buying process. Any and all questions were answered. If he didn’t know the answer he found it quickly. ( it was rare that he didn’t know an answer). He’s always positive, polite, and professional. Our family considers him part of our family now. If you are looking for an honest no bs realtor look no further. He truly cares about his clients and is very very good at his job. READ THIS REVIEW. If you have a hard time trusting people, Do not like being lied to, and need results GO WITH TYLER. He knows the market inside and out. His team WILL get it done. My wife and I were in the worst possible shape less then a year ago. Renting, dumping 💸 money down the drain, credit in the dump. And because of the Honesty, Integrity and pure hard work of Tyler and his team we now own our 🏡!
And He did all of this amidst the worst time to buy. Tyler’s work ethic is like very few people on this Earth. He literally never went past 10 minutes without returning our calls, and that’s when he didn’t pick up on the first ring. Being first time homebuyers we had a million and one questions and he explained everything so we could understand it, he has the patience of a saint. He works around the clock for you to make sure you have the best experience possible. He has all of the best and vetted people on his team. 🌍. Please, please please Take my advice if your buying or selling a home and go With Tyler. He truly makes dreams come true. Not only did I gain the best realator in Tampa bay. My family gained a Solid friend. No reviews I or anyone write do Tyler justice, you have to see for yourself. Thanks again Tyler for Everything you’ve done for our family.

Tyler was just fantastic to work with. He was very patient and responsive, even to our most "off the wall" questions. Even if he didn't know the answers right away, he'd dig deeper and get us the info we were looking for. If you're thinking of buying or selling property in this general area, I don't think you can do any better than to engage Tyler as your realtor. I / we highly recommend him!

Tyler is absolutely incredible!!! He’s extremely knowledgeable, very caring, patient and so helpful!! He put my partner and I in a perfect home.
During the entire process he communicated every single step. Every question we had he would answer, immediately. We were first time home buyers and he made sure that we were at ease with every decision made. He knew everything we were looking for in a home and would never deviate from our wants/needs. He takes pride in what he does, and is very genuine.
There was a slight delay on the seller side with a permit. Tyler made sure we were not fretting. Tyler took time out of his day and came down to the Health Dept with us, went down to the business that was completing the project and waited hours with us until we got an update.
Tyler gave us an amazing experience that we will be forever grateful for. If you want someone that you can 100% trust and someone who will take care of you, pick Tyler. I promise you will be so very happy with your choice. :))

Being a first time home buyer, Tyler sure did make it an easier process than we thought it would be. He went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t believe how stress free he made this process be for us. Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to house quality and what to look for and was with us every step of the way. He went to bat for us a lot and was always cool calm and collected. Very professional. Very personable. Very kind. We actually left a realtor to use Tyler because of how good he was after one house. You will NOT be disappointed.

If you want a level of service that truly does not seem to exist anymore, you will use Tyler as your agent. I cannot speak highly enough about Tyler! Tyler is professional, kind, knowledgeable, honest, efficient and pays great attention to detail, all while treating you as if you are family! Tyler provides a level of service that is above anything I have experienced. He makes you feel important in a world that seems to have lost that ability.

We used Tyler for a sale and purchase and through no fault of his own, had to navigate many hickups. Tyler was on top of everything! He communicated beautifully with all lenders, title agents and contractors.

Several repairs came up on the inspection for the home I was selling, which can be overwhelming, but Tyler had the contractors lined up for me before I could even have time to worry about it. He negotiated with them on my behalf for fair pricing and literally took care of it all.

Through it all he was confident, direct, extremely helpful and made a very stressful situation much much easier. Tyler is truly a rare find in this world. He is such a genuine human and truly cares. In the wise words of my daughter Tyler is an “OG” in real estate. We cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for our family!

I can't express how INCREDIBLE Tyler has been with my family and I through our home-buying process! We are so grateful and blessed to have come across him in our findings for a top realtor (and I am very picky when it comes to service and people-relations - especially when making a big decision such as buying a home!) I went through a few realtors until I felt I found someone we were able to connect with, understood the neighborhood, listened well, and really was a genuine person.

Tyler has been there for us every step of the way. And I mean EVERY step -- from checking up on our home needs, what we were looking for, arranging schedules at topnotch speed and efficiency -- its something you want in a realtor and more -- and this is your guy!

This was our first home purchase in a new state and it was of course challenging and stressful. Tyler was constantly touching base with our lender, the title company, and all the many many moving parts it takes to be a great realtor in this day and age. We are so grateful!

Even after some difficulty with one of the lenders -- he stood by our side and helped us get through even a better lender and we shortly after closed on the home! I couldn't ask for a better person by our side.

Tyler really put in the work all hours of the night! Even when I'd randomly text at 2am because i thought of something! Took his time explaining each and every step. Great mediation between loan company, sellers, inspectors. Went out and did multiple virtual tours when we started feeling defleated due to the inflation and insane market. We've been trying to buy for a few years now and have worked with multiple realtors over the years but didn't feel understood. Tyler has been great!!
I had never bought a house by myself.
Tyler was so helpful every step of the way.
He always kept me up on what the next step would be, even the small steps. He kept things very stress free.
I am not tech savvy, and at the time all I had for a computer was a cell phone, but no fear, Tyler was there. He is very tech savvy, and he saved me with that too.
He's very knowledgeable about the current market and knows the dos and don't.
It's best if you listen and heed is advice.
I definitely recommend him.
