Tyler and Derrick were amazing to work with. We had to let our previous realtor go as it just wasn’t a good fit. They were always in communication with us and went above what you would think a realtor should do. There was so much advertising on our home and it sold quickly under them. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Very impressive young men with loads of knowledge.

The amount of pressure when looking to buy a home is immense. However while being assisted by Tyler I felt like most of that burden was lifted. Anytime I had a question or concern Tyler was available at a moments notice. No joke I could see the passion he has for his work and clients. My mom was selling her house on the Banana River that my parents had owned for 45 years. I was initially offering it by owner and held an open house where I met Tyler. He and his partner Derek said I was under market and showed comps. Living in Winter Park, it was hard to do what was needed, so my mom and I decided to list with Blue Marlin at the increased price. Within 24 hours they had a professional photo shoot, a drone shoot and the seawall contractor out, as we were selling “as is”. We had a lot of interest, and they held open houses every night from 5-8. Our buyers did not want the furniture and kitchenware that we had left, so Tyler, Derek and Tyler’s brother came and hauled it all away in a U-haul to Goodwill! That was above and beyond service! I handled the closing for my 88-year young mom, and we received Tall-boy YETI travel glasses as a thank you gift. Tyler kept us informed and was great to work with, I give him high marks and absolutely recommend him if you have a real estate transaction need.
