Tyler Monk

Tyler Monk is a native of Apple Hill. He moved to Sacramento twenty years ago, working in upscale restaurants, learning the ins and outs of the city, and getting to know its people and neighborhoods as his own. In 2013, his love of sense experience led him to develop his own line of perfumes and home goods which continues to offer luxury goods to discerning clientele. He became a real estate agent in 2019, so that he could apply his knowledge of aesthetics to his love of Sacramento. His attention to detail and willingness to go to extreme lengths for his clients make him an incredible advocate for anybody buying or selling a home. He lives with his husband in Bohemian Park, near Arden-Arcade, and has lived in Tahoe Park, Midtown, and East Sacramento long enough to be intimately familiar with these beautiful neighborhoods, and the rest of the town in between. He practices yoga, is an outstanding chef, loves music, and has the two best dogs in history.
