Tyler was a massive help to my wife and I as we searched for a home. He was patient with us at times when homes didn’t feel right but when it was time to move on a property, he jumped right in. We ended up buying a vacant lot to build a home on and Tyler has been very helpful offering advice and even contacts for us as we begin the design and construction process. Aside from that he is a very kind and professional person and I have enjoyed staying in contact with him even after we closed on the property.

Tyler O'Neal just helped us purchase properties in Martis Camp and Lahontan. The entire process was remarkably fast, easy and drama free. Both my wife and I were impressed by Tyler's patience, professionalism and responsiveness. In fact, I don't think we have ever dealt with a Realtor who was more available and willing to help than Tyler. We needed to accomplish the entire search and buying process during a limited number of visits to the Tahoe area and he made our time incredibly efficient and productive. No matter our request he responded immediately and cheerfully. Tyler ensured a flawless experience for us.

I wanted to use Carr Long and chose Tyler from the office's Bios and I have to say my selection was spot-on. Since we were buying a lot, I specifically wanted someone who was a Tahoe native and someone who knows the building processes and issues in Truckee. The purchase and closing process was professionally done and closed without the slightest bump. He's now working with us and our daughter to buy a house in Reno which is proving to be the more challenging assignment ... although I'm sure we'll find one that fits the requirements soon.

I cannot recommend Tyler more! I was an inexperienced but very motivated home buyer. I wanted to get my first dream vacation home at the time when inventory is relatively low. Luckily I found Tyler!
Tyler is very experienced and efficient professionally. His recommendation based on his expertise saved me a lot of time, and made me get the home in a competitive multi-offer situation. Personally, he is super reliable and responsive, walking my thoughts everything, having all my questions answered clearly, and helping with some logistics. Thanks to him, buying a home is an extremely delightful and streamlined process.
I cannot recommend Tyler more highly. You will not find a more dedicated and thorough realtor in the North Tahoe area.
