I cannot endorse Tyler Peck enough on a recommendation for selling my house. He was always on time always professional and always was available for communication. The time from meeting him and the time that the house went on the market was swift. There were no gimmicks no games and I did not feel rushed, he allowed me and my wife to go at our pace. No matter what time of day or night anytime I called him he answered the phone. When the house that I was selling needed minor repairs, he offered some help in assisting me as well as recommended contractors in the area. Once the house sold within the first month he helped us put a contract on another house that we were so eager to get. He gave us great advice and did not pressure us on any decisions. As we were moving out of our house he helped us move. He helped me move furniture as well as load up a washer and dryer to take to storage. He also had professional cleaners come in and clean our house once we got everything moved out so it was left spotless for the new homeowners. Once the move into the new house was official he again helped us move into the new house and was available for days after and would call and ask if there was anything he could help with. Tyler and his wife Alyson went above and beyond what any realtor has ever done for me or my family. I would highly encourage anyone who is thinking about selling or buying a house to use Tyler Peck.

The Peck team did an amazing job with helping us buy our first home! Their knowledge of the market helped provide us with helpful insight we, as first time home buyers, weren't aware of. The Peck Team was able to negotiate with our seller to get a fair price on the house and get us extra benefits as well. I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!
