Tyler Van Eps

As the founder and owner of RYZO Commercial Realty, Tyler is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the firm. Tyler is a licensed real estate broker with broad experience in several areas of real estate.

He began his real estate career performing healthcare tenant and buyer representation at CARR. Tyler served in many roles at CARR, performing dozens of transactions annually and overseeing a team of agents that completed hundreds more each year.

Tyler has provided training and instruction to more than 100 agents throughout his career. He has also educated hundreds of doctors and other professionals about real estate in multiple states. Tyler continues to enjoy speaking to both large and small audiences.

Tyler has a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and has over 14 years of experience negotiating at a high level in critical situations. Leveraging this education and experience, Tyler always seeks to provide the highest level of service to his clients.
