Teri McKenzie is a Willamette Valley native whose professional expertise is rooted in land, legacy, and the importance of home. Raised on a hobby farm in Albany, Oregon, she grew up immersed in agriculture—raising registered beef cattle, riding horses, and participating in 4-H and FFA—experiences that shaped both her values and her deep respect for rural property ownership.
She holds a degree in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Economics from New Mexico State University and brings a refined, highly informed perspective to real estate. With more than a decade of experience as a mortgage lender specializing in farm and ranch properties—and service as a past President of the Oregon Mortgage Association—Teri offers clients a rare advantage: sophisticated market insight paired with a strong command of the financial complexity often associated with luxury and rural transactions.
Teri’s real estate practice is intentionally focused on luxury rural estates, hobby farms and ranches, equestrian properties, and select lifestyle homes throughout Oregon. Known for her discretion, strategic guidance, and steady approach, she represents clients with clarity and confidence—particularly in transactions involving acreage, water rights, outbuildings, and generational land considerations.
Family is central to everything Teri does. She and her husband have built their life around agriculture, community, and shared purpose, raising their family on their farm while remaining deeply invested in youth education and leadership. Together, they continue to raise purebred Hampshire sheep, coach youth livestock exhibitors, host educational clinics at their farm, and support the next generation of agricultural leaders. As their daughters pursue college paths—one currently attending school in Texas and the other preparing to attend college out of state—Teri brings a thoughtful, experienced perspective to clients navigating life transitions, legacy planning, and property decisions rooted in family and future.
Real estate doesn’t have to be complicated. With deep local knowledge, a relationship-driven approach, and an understanding that no two clients—or properties—are the same, Teri is committed to helping you navigate the process with confidence and ease. Whether buying or selling, she is proud to be helping you throughout Oregon, offering trusted guidance where land, lifestyle, and legacy meet.
