Tyson Holmes

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in real estate, Tyson was surrounded by the industry from the very beginning. As a toddler he could always be found alongside his grandfather — walking construction sites, climbing dirt hills, visiting investment properties, and sitting in on meetings. That bond shaped everything. His passion for real estate runs deep, and it shows in the way he works.
Over the years Tyson has built experience across many sides of the business — managing and rehabbing income properties, guiding buyers through competitive markets, and helping sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. He brings a thorough understanding of his hometown Salt Lake City and the surrounding communities he's proud to serve.
When he's not working, you'll find him training for marathons, riding his bike up the canyons, or exploring everything Utah has to offer with his wife and their three kids — two daughters and a son.
