About Tyson

Tyson joined E & G Real Estate Services in June 2015 and has since completed over 250 real estate transactions. His strengths include listing tenant occupied properties, leasing, tenant representation, and overall client relationships. With transactions ranging from $75,000 homes to Million Dollar Listings and everything in between – his experience is well versed, no matter where you are in Metro Phoenix. As a native of the Phoenix area and having lived all over the valley, Tyson is skilled to help clients with local area knowledge throughout all of Phoenix. Currently residing in Downtown Gilbert with his wife Katie and 2-year-old daughter Brady, he would love the opportunity to take you to some of his favorite spots: Liberty Market, OSHO or LoLo’s Chicken and Waffles to discuss anything especially, real estate, fantasy football, and what is new on Netflix and Hulu.

Prior to E & G, Tyson graduated from Northern Arizona University with bachelor’s degrees in business management and Hotel/Restaurant Management. Tyson’s hotel management career started in 2010 running one the most successful hotels in Sonoma, CA in his capacity as Director of Room Operations. He specialized in creating memorable guest experiences focusing on micro-local discoveries and was responsible for the successful operation and administration of the entire hotel.

He then held the Assistant General Manager position at the Drury Hotel in Tempe. Tyson facilitated the opening of the brand-new hotel, training of all new staff, and building the initial client base to grow the reputation to a #1 ranking on TripAdvisor.

His experience has engrained the importance of customer service in every industry. He is focused on building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and every potential client.
