The Ulnick Group is a highly professional combo which is probably the most knowledgeable in San Clemente, particularly in the Reserve community. They knew just what to do to maximize the selling potential of our home. Their advice was invaluable and they provided the needed resources to accomplish our goals. They also rolled up their sleeves to help us to get our home camera-open house ready. You are probably missing a bet by not using them to either sell or buy your South County home.

When we decided to sell our house, we researched many realtors in San Clemente that had experience with fine ocean view homes. We selected Siobhan and Bryan Ulnick because of their demonstrated success, their marketing wisdom, and how well we thought we would interact with them. We chose well. Bryan’s marketing know-how displayed our house in a way that got immediate attention. The visual presentation he put together was stunning. Shortly afterwards, the house was being shown because of his efforts Once Siobhan started showing the house, we soon had a buyer. What we appreciated about Siobhan was she was always here for us regardless of what we needed. She guided us through the process effortlessly and knew exactly what to do whenever a problem came up. Also, they were both very pleasant accommodating people to work with, We could not be happier.
