Ulviye was so helpful with helping us buy our first home. She was the second realtor we used and she came recommended to us by a family member. It took a couple tries, but she never gave up on helping us find the perfect place. I would absolutely recommend her for buying your first home or trying to find your second or third. She was absolutely the sweetest and knew the area really well. She went the extra mile to help us since we were new to homeownership. We had such an amazing experience working with Ulviye —honestly, I don’t even know how she does it all. She works solo, but you’d think she had a whole team behind her because she was that responsive and on top of everything. Super thorough, super efficient, and just genuinely kind and easy to work with.

She was always available—morning, night, weekends, random mid-day texts—and she never once made us feel like we were bothering her. She answered every question with patience, and trust me, I had a lot of them. We also changed our mind a few times about our requirements and she was patient with us.

What I appreciated most was how much she cared. She didn’t just go through the motions—she actually wanted us to feel good about the decisions we were making. She paid attention to every detail, caught things we wouldn’t have even noticed, and helped guide us every step of the way. She even went above and beyond a few times, doing things that weren’t really “her job,” but she did them anyway to help us out.

We’ve worked with realtors in the past, but this experience was on a completely different level. Her hustle is unmatched. She helped us get the house below the appraised value (which still feels unreal in this market), and made sure everything worked out in our favor.

Would we work with her again? 100%. Would we recommend her to friends, family, neighbors, the barista at Starbucks, random people at the grocery store? Absolutely. If you are looking for a realtor in Northern Virginia - especially in loudoun county, she is absolutely the best.

I've worked with Ulviye on 2 transactions now, one where I was renting a place and one purchase (See below); I can't recommend anyone else in the Loudoun County/NOVA area above her. It was a great pleasure working with her! She went above and beyond, facilitating a complex VA loan assumption with a second mortgage purchase. I’ve heard other realtors say this isn’t even possible, but Ulviye just put her head down and got to work. Ulviye is by far the best relator!! My in laws are going thru a tough situation and needed to sell their home. Ive worked with ulviye many times and this time was no differnt! Shes so patient, she does extensive research and knows exactly whats needed to sell a home quickly and for the best price! She is very knowledgable and knows Northern VA better than anyone! The house sold extremely quickly, she was also able to find my inlaws a new place and help planning everything so they were able to sell and use the proceeds to purchase the new place. The service didnt stop once the sale was completed! She followed up, recommended contractors, helped with referrals to make sure everything went perfect! Ulviye was truly exceptional realtor we worked with in Northern Virginia. I call her "Perfectionist". we were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the real estate market when met her first time during one of the Open House. Home buying became so challenging for us without her. She helped us buying our Single-Family home as well as renting our Townhome in Loudon County.

We were looking for a single family home for our growing family in Loudoun County specifically close to Ashburn due to proximity of transportation, highly rated school and nice neighborhoods. Due to limited inventory, it was difficult to find a house that fits our needs and budget. With God grace, we found Ulviye.  I met her in an open house and within a few minutes I realized how passionate she was to sell her client's property and was convinced  to engage her in my home search. We were looking for a realtor, who is knowledgeable, professional, passionate, easily accessible and at the same time understands customer needs/wants and Ulviye has it all. Ulviye was always available to answer our questions, show properties and get information we need to make an informed decision.  She always treated us with respect, never pushed and guided us through good/bad things about a house we toured. Together we were able to work as a team and submitted a few offers. Finally we were able to click on a house which has a nice neighborhood, highly rated schools and features we wanted in our dream home. I would unequivocally recommend Ulviye as a realtor to anyone I know and strangers on the street :) I've had encounters with many realtors in my 50+ years for both rental properties and home ownership, but what I had with Ulviye was a collaboration. Beyond making sure she understood what my requirements were for a rental property (which she was very thorough about and attentive to), she also understood and was compassionate about my situation at the time (recently separated and needing to find a place that could also accommodate my two daughters). She was always available, quick to respond, and clear in her communications. And I was not the easiest client. I changed my rental requirements several times and she always "rolled with it" and found me new properties to look at - and we looked at a LOT - my fault, not hers :) We ended up finding a place that my daughters and I all found to be perfect. Ulviye did a fantastic job representing me and negotiating on my behalf for a deal that I was very pleased with. When I'm ready to rent a new place (or buy) Ulviye will be my first and only call.
