Umar expertly guided my wife and me through finding and buying our first home. So, naturally we asked him to help us again when we considered a new home in the midst of a pandemic. Although we’ve decided that staying put for now is our best option, I can’t say enough about the time, dedication and advice that Umar provided.

Umar would not only quickly respond regarding houses we were interested in, but he also found houses that we didn’t know about or wouldn’t have thought to see had we relied on a real estate app. He took the time to understand all our needs for space, comfort, schools and budget and curated listings that best suited our wants and needs.

Umar’s consistent and thorough communication helped us feel like we were always ahead of any potential buyers, and his advice made us confident that he knows the market and neighborhoods we considered well. Just want to say thank you, Umar for all you’ve done for us.

AMAZING. No words to describe the level of professionalism and care he showed me in helping me find my dream home. From the beginning he understood what I wanted and helped highlight properties that could possibly be potentials. He never pushed or insisted on any unit rather offer suggestions in slight improvements to maximize equity in the home and personalize it to my needs. Overall he managed to save me money not only off the sales price but through negotiating with lenders. The best thing I can say is that he treated me like FAMILY. I am truly grateful to have found him through an Open House and have referred him to friends and family.

I've known Umar for years since he showed us some places back when we were not ready to buy. He kept in touch with us over the years and tried to get us into homeownership. As soon as we were ready I knew exactly who to call! He has an eye for good design and has so much knowledge on Jersey City which was were we wanted to stay. I'm so glad we worked with him, he found us a bigger and better location than I thought we could get in our price range!!! Will work with him again for sure :)
