About Usha

Usha, a Licensed Associate Broker brings buyers and sellers together, carefully listening to them and understanding their needs. Her focus on client needs, her reliability, and attention to details underlie her professional reputation. She brings a wide range of skills and her tremendous professional experience to guide buyers and sellers every step of the way.

Usha started her career at Christie’s Auction then Phillips NYC auction, where she successfully managed the decorative arts department, setting the record sale price a Tiffany glass lamp at $1.87 million, and then created her own fine arts auction; Icon20. While working in the fine art auction business, Usha was a regular appraiser on the Antiques Road Show, on PBS.

Usha is a lifelong resident of Chappaqua. She attended and graduated from the Chappaqua Schools and is now a respected member of the community raising her two children in Chappaqua. She been an enthusiastic member of the PTA over the years. She was co-chair of the Roaring Brook Elementary School After School Enrichment Program and is currently the Chair of the Robert E. Bell Middle School International Day which celebrates diversity in our schools.

She spends her free time with her family and dog. She is an avid tennis player, having played singles Horace Greeley High School and the University of Rochester.

Usha Subramaniam is the true definition of a consummate professional. She is smart, strategic, goal-oriented, trustworthy, honest, transparent and reliable. Need I say more? Usha was absolutely wonderful to work with and we are forever grateful to her for all her hard work, nonstop efforts, and advice that was always spot on. I also really liked that she had a team to back her up. Lori Hoffman-Chlapowski on her team is also a 5-Star top-notch professional and it gave me great peace of mind to know that Lori could be there for us if Usha wasn't available, as well as work with Usha to coordinate the extremely successful Open House (garnering multiple offers!) we had on our opening weekend. I would highly recommend Usha and her team to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. The best there is!

As a Real Estate Professional myself, I cant compliment Usha enough! Representing both buyers and sellers is a thoughtful responcibility. Usha gets it. She represents her clients with strength and care but while doing so is a pleasure to deal with. In my last year I have not experienced this enough. From part timers to agents who simply dont understand their role in a transaction. We count and we are important to making a deal close! Usha brings a strong knowledge and common sense to leading the transaction to a quick and satisfying close! Usha is great and I wish her much continued success in this business!

Usha Subramaniam helped us to find our dream home. As a long-time resident of Chappaqua, she is extremely knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods and surrounding towns. She was incredibly patient and spent a tremendous amount of time showing us homes. She really listens and had a perfect understanding of what we were looking for.
