With 30 years of real estate and legal experience, Vahn works with Buyers, Sellers and Investors throughout greater Los Angeles and in all price ranges. As a Certified Trust and Probate Specialist, and with his background as an Attorney, he also helps Estates (Trustees, Executors, Administrators, and Lawyers) with their Trust, Probate, and Conservatorship transactions which includes everything from pre-listing preparation through the close of escrow. As a Los Angeles resident for most of his life, his extensive knowledge of the area is also a valuable asset for his Clientele. No stranger to hard work and commitment, Vahn received a B.A. in Political Science/International Relations (with a focus on Economics) from UCLA and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Vahn's legal background gives him a particular advantage as a Real Estate Agent, since he is used to advocating Clients' interests on their behalf, and law is undoubtedly a critical component in any real estate transaction. Over the years, Vahn has also developed exceptional negotiation, communication, research, and problem solving skills. During his free time, Vahn enjoys biking and hiking locally, and is an avid Formula 1 race fan, having attended races throughout the world. Vahn is also a member of the Petersen Automotive Museum and enjoys going to car shows and concourse events throughout California whenever possible.
