Valarie was raised in Aurora and graduated from Gateway High School. Attended college in Garden City, KS. Began Real Estate career in 1985 managing many Apartment communities in the area up to 800 units. Was relocated to San Francisco Bay area in 1992 to manage communities for American Express/Balcor..
