Valdy made my experience as a first time homebuyer more enjoyable and less hectic. He was always available for any questions I had and provided thorough communication. Valdy was very flexible and attentive to my availability for showings and scheduled them accordingly (even if I wanted to see the same house more than once 🫣). He was very honest and knowledgeable throughout the process resulting in prompt responses from himself and any additional required parties. Valdy often went beyond normal agent expectations which produced my experience to be a solid 10 out of 10 ⭐️ highly recommend his services!

A+, this guy's on the ball.
Osvaldo ("Valdy") has been great to deal with from the first phone call through to closing. I'm an out-of-state buyer moving to OH, and I couldn't have done it without the knowledge he has of the area- ended up in a place that wasn't really "on my radar" that Valdy knew about. After making an offer, he did a great job staying on top of the process and making the entire experience a very simple affair on my end. I hope to upgrade soon, and I'll definitely be calling Valdy first!

Very prompt in responding to your messages, and if he doesn't know the answer immediately to your question, he will take the time to find out. Osvaldo, “Valdy”, gets the job DONE...!!!

I was working with another agent and just couldn’t get my offers accepted. After being frustrated and ready to give up, I gave Valdy a shot on this one last home I had my eye on...and 💥BOOM💥, just like that he wrote a very clever and masterful offer that protected me, but a seller could not resist. I won the bid, and in the end, I did not pay a penny more than what the house appraised...I actual had the seller bringing me money to the closing...Now that’s a GREAT Realtor...Thanks Valdy...with you I would do it all again...!!!😁
