Valerie's first home, a three-bedroom, one-bath, aluminum-sided fixer-upper in the suburbs of Detroit, cost $22,500 and was financed at an interest rate of 10.5%. Since then, she has bought and sold nearly four dozen properties of her own, which has given her a world of insight and plenty of empathy for the buyers and sellers she now serves as her clients.

She is a full-time agent who has been selling real estate professionally in the DC area since 1997. As an RLAH® Real Estate mentor, she provides high-quality service to her clients while educating and mentoring new agents to conduct business as she does - with integrity and professionalism.
