I’ve lived in Colorado for over 44 years, and specifically in the Boulder area for over 30 years, so I have an intimate knowledge of the rich history of the area, including the tidbits about the different school districts, the interesting and hidden neighborhoods, the best yet unknown restaurants, and the spots to get the best coffee or late night snack. I LOVE to share everything I know about this area.
I grew up in a family of Realtors and investors – and I myself have bought, sold, brokered, managed and invested in Colorado real estate for over 28 years.
During all these years, I have dealt with an innumerable amount of real estate issues that have helped me understand the many nuances involved in every transaction. I also understand how important it is to have the right person on your team every step of the way.
