Valerie Gallups

Valerie Gallups brings a banking and financial background to her Commercial Real Estate career. With over 18 years experience with banks such as Regions, Amsouth, and Pioneer, along with retail and sales management experience, Valerie has the tools needed to be successful in commercial real estate. She is surrounded by family with a background in managing projects for local successful companies, construction, design and architecture. Valerie began her Commercial Real Estate career in March 2014 and has partnered with eleven of Chattanooga’s most successful Commercial Brokers that have over 100 years of combined experience. She currently specializes in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Seller Representation, and Buyer Representation. Valerie is an active member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors (GCAR).
