I have been a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Realtor Association since 2004. I have almost a decade of expertise and experience in the real estate market. My experience working with buyers and sellers over the years has given me the insight and knowledge of what it takes to make the deal. I have developed and built my skill set to an expert level in working with short sales or foreclosure deals, and as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), I have close many difficult Short Sales. I have put together a team of Short Sale negotiators which has proven to be very successful. I enjoy being a Real Estate professional, and it shows in each and everyone of my transactions.
